With 25+ years in the conservatory industry, we know that up to 18% of British homes have a conservatory that is not practical or fit for purpose. Our mission is to turn that unused, often substantial area of your home into a light, bright and usable space, that you look forward to using all year round.

How much will it cost?

As each conservatory is bespoke, so too is the cost for a solid roof conversion. However, a rough estimate is approximately £450-£500 m2. For more on pricing, please see our pricing information page or contact us directly.

How long does a typical project take?

The duration of a project varies based on its complexity and size. We provide timelines during the initial consultation but the average completion time is between 1-2 weeks.

Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates to help you understand the potential costs involved in your project.

Do you serve my area?

Based in Rushden, we serve Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

Do I need planning permission?

Planning is not usually required but building regulations are. We take care of all this so you do not have to worry.

What happens if it rains and the roof is off?

We never leave a roof uncovered. Even in the height of summer. We will always secure a temporary tarpaulin to any uncovered roofs before we leave site.
